I’m a Learning Technology Designer/ Developer at the MIT Media Lab. At the Lab, I am part of the Learning Over Education Initiative, that seeks to develop new technologies for creative learning.

I have recently (June, 2015) graduated with a Masters degree in Media Arts and Sciences from the Lifelong Kindergarten group at the Media Lab.

It’s been so much fun working on Unhangout and seeing it growing over the past two years. The platform has over 12k users now, woot! I completed my Masters thesis around Unhangout, and now leading its design and development.

Before coming to the Media Lab, I was a Software Developer in India. While in undergrad, I was involved with an open source community, GNOME. As a Student Contractor at Google, I developed an engaging user-experience by extending GCompris to kids to help them explore a variety of activities theming braille.

When I'm not working, I'm caught napping under my work desk. To allure myself at times, I play ping-pong, do long bike trips, photography and make masala chai for friends.

It almost feels like home in Boston. Bikaner and Bangalore days are still being missed and cherished.
